1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TradeLab.gg, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TradeLab.gg lets you practice trading with historical market data. You see past candles but not future ones, so you make decisions based on what you know at that moment - just like real trading.

Important: This is training only. No real money. No financial advice. No trading signals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use TradeLab.gg, you need an account. You agree to:

• Give us accurate info when signing up
• Keep your password safe
• Tell us if someone hacks your account
• Be 18 or older

3.2 Account Responsibility

You're responsible for everything that happens with your account. If someone else uses it, that's on you.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We have different subscription plans. You pay monthly, in advance.

4.2 Payment Processing

Stripe handles payments. When you subscribe, you're letting us charge your card each month. Make sure your payment info is correct.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't refund partial months, but we might make exceptions if you ask nicely.

4.4 Price Changes

We might change prices. If we do, we'll tell you ahead of time and you can cancel before it kicks in.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use it for anything illegal
• Try to hack or reverse engineer it
• Share your account with others
• Use bots or scripts
• Break stuff or mess with the platform
• Copy or steal our content

6. Intellectual Property

We own the platform and all its features. But your training data and saved scenarios? Those are yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the platform "as is" and work to keep it running smoothly.

No Financial Advice: This is for learning only. We don't give trading advice. Doing well in training doesn't mean you'll do well with real money.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for any losses or damages from using the platform. Use it at your own risk.

9. Termination

We can ban your account if you break the rules or cause problems. No warning needed.

You can delete your account anytime. Just cancel your subscription and ask us to delete everything.

10. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Keep using the platform and you're agreeing to the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow applicable laws. If there's a legal issue, we'll handle it according to the law.

12. Privacy and Data

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our data practices, including the use of cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
